Updating your survey profile

We’re excited to announce that we’ve added a new Qmee feature – you can now update your survey profile information! This is so you can ensure all of your information is correct and up to date, and this will allow you to take part in more surveys (woohoo!).

The new feature will allow you to update information such as your post code (for if you move house), your job title (for if you start a new job) and your martial status (for if you get married, for example). You’ll also be able to edit information if you’ve entered the wrong thing by accident.

To up date your information on your laptop/PC, just log in to your Qmee account and go to your Account Details (next to where your piggybank balance is shown) – you’ll see a new Profile option and this is where you’ll find your survey profile.

If you’re using the mobile app, there’s a brand new Profile tab that you’ll see when you log in.

Keeping your profile up to date is the best way for us to be able to find the most relevant surveys for you. But, please be sensible – if you change your details too often it’ll be seen as fraudulent and you won’t be sent new surveys (and no one wants that to happen!).
