After completing an offer there will be a wait before receiving your reward, from a couple of weeks, up to 90 days. This is due to the specific brands and when they complete the offer transaction. The reward will not be given if a voucher code or discount code is used alongside this offer. Immediate cancellations will result in the reward not being paid. If you cancel/return your order or part of your order.
If the brand provides offer rewards to new customers only, and you've shopped with this brand before.

If you didn't complete your order online (i.e. it was finalized over the phone).
